Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, and we are unable to put things right to your satisfaction, we will refund all web hosting charges paid by you.

To claim on this guarantee you must notify us of your wish to cancel an account within the first 30 days following activation.

All cancellations must be received in writing as per the deadlines indicated; regular mail, e-mail and fax notifications are acceptable. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.

Exclusions

Domain registration charges are not refundable. This is in accordance with ICANN policies
Bandwidth overages that are over the allocated plan amount are not included.
Dedicated servers are not included in this policy.
